About

Owners Nicki and Joe Romare, who also owns the bicycle-friendly Founders Irish Pub along the Chichaqua Trail in Bondurant. They know how to cater to cyclists!

The Whiskey River at the District is a 10,000-square-foot building that features a full bar, restaurant, a ground level patio and a rooftop patio.

There are at least 24 handles of beer on tap, including local beers, then some more widely known brands. We also stock a couple hundred varieties of liquor.

Daily Specials

Reception Hall

Looking for a place to host a reception? The District Venue is be located inside Whiskey River as a reception hall that has a capacity of 300 people..

It is available for all sorts of events from weddings to corporate events and anything else you'd like to book it for. It has its own bar, a full catering menu and fully functioning event space.
